Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Sr. Director of Marketing to lead our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of SEO, click advertising, and performance tracking. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive growth and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and objectives, focusing on SEO, click ads, and performance tracking.
• SEO Management: Oversee and optimize all aspects of SEO to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase visibility across search engines.
• Paid Advertising: Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of click advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, social media) to maximize ROI.
• Performance Tracking: Establish KPIs and use advanced analytics to monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and other departments to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
• Market Research: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains a leader in the market.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of marketing experience with a strong emphasis on SEO, click advertising, and analytics.
• Proven experience in a senior marketing role with leadership responsibilities.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems is a plus.
