The person appointed would be expected to: To organise, deliver and promote Enrichment activities in the Sports Hall, Fitness Studio and using the 3G and sports pitches throughout the week, including breaks and lunchtimes. To effectively monitor recreational sport usage including fitness studio inductions, participation registers, PARS Q’s and ensure Health & Safety compliance. To support the co-ordinate of sports fixture arrangements. Including liaising with coaches, other colleges, transport companies and managing equipment/kit required. To support with the practical elements of the both the A level and BTEC Sports courses, when appropriate. To support the assessment requirements of the A Level and BTEC Sports courses including the recording of practical assessments. To audit and maintain sports equipment To promote and market the sport enrichment and courses through internal and external channels. To organise and support sport-based liaison events. To attend meetings and complete mandatory training in accordance with the colleges meeting/training schedule. To undertake any other duties as may be assigned commensurate with the grade and overall responsibility level of the post and as changing circumstances may require.
