We’re Tasks What You Might Work On: Your day-to-day will depend on your skillset and the nature of the projects we’re delivering. Tasks may include: Facilitating workshops, interviews, and collaborative sessions with clients Conducting research, analysis, and synthesis to uncover insights Designing strategies, services, systems, or roadmaps that enable change Creating compelling narratives, visual artefacts, and presentations Working with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders Contributing to thought leadership, toolkits, or internal capability development We’re particularly interested in people with capabilities in: Strategic design and foresight Change and transformation Service or systems design AI and emerging technologies Public sector innovation Sustainability and circularity Business development and partnerships Requirements What We’re Looking For We don’t look for fixed credentials. We look for mindset, potential, and alignment with our values. That said, some indicators of fit might include: Intellectual curiosity and systems thinking A human-centred, ethical approach to problem-solving Excellent communication and collaboration skills Proven experience in consulting, design, policy, innovation, or tech Comfort working in ambiguity and navigating complexity A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a purpose-led team We are looking for remote working candidates from across the globe to continue our growth.
