This role offers the opportunity to drive high-impact initiatives that improve provider engagement and optimize operational workflows in a dynamic healthcare environment. You will partner with clinical, operational, and product teams to implement scalable systems, enhance communication, and improve performance across provider networks. By translating strategic objectives into actionable project plans, you will directly influence provider satisfaction, workflow efficiency, and overall outcomes. The position requires a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on project management, and strong analytical skills, providing visibility and influence across multiple teams and initiatives. This is a fast-paced, mission-driven role where successful execution contributes directly to improved healthcare delivery and provider relationships.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead the design, execution, and measurement of high-impact initiatives to improve provider engagement and performance.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with milestones, owners, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and product teams to develop scalable processes, tools, and reporting frameworks.
  • Support rollout of practice enablement programs, including communication plans, training materials, and performance dashboards.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external provider partners to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively design systems or interventions to maintain executional momentum.
  • Develop scalable playbooks and best practices for replication across markets and partnerships.
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from providers to inform strategic and operational improvements.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, healthcare operations, or complex program/project management, ideally within provider enablement, value-based care, or healthcare consulting.
  • Strong understanding of physician practices, including workflows, incentive structures, and clinical delivery challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous, cross-functional environments, translating initiatives from concept to execution.
  • Structured, analytical, and outcome-oriented, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Excel and Google Sheets for analysis and reporting.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Leadership style emphasizing clarity, collaboration, and accountability.
