In this position, you will play a key role in driving strategic and operational initiatives across clinical programs. Acting as a connector between strategy and execution, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable systems, optimize workflows, and ensure measurable outcomes in care delivery. Accountabilities:
- Lead the design and execution of clinical initiatives, including care coordination pilots, workflow optimization, and quality improvement programs.
- Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
- Oversee project progress to ensure alignment with clinical, operational, and business priorities.
- Build operational frameworks, dashboards, and process documentation to standardize best practices across teams.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders — including Clinical, Data, Product, Operations, and Compliance — to support seamless execution and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to align objectives, systems, and outcomes.
- Identify inefficiencies in care delivery processes, propose data-driven solutions, and ensure their successful implementation.
- Establish continuous feedback loops with clinical teams to refine systems and improve performance.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in healthcare operations, management consulting, or program management within payer or provider environments.
- Strong understanding of value-based care, clinical workflows, and healthcare delivery systems.
- Demonstrated ability to move initiatives from concept to execution in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
- Analytical, structured thinker with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Proven project management skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of aligning diverse teams toward shared goals.
- Experience creating operational frameworks, dashboards, and process documentation.
- High adaptability and problem-solving mindset in ambiguous or complex operational contexts.
