In this position, you will play a key role in driving strategic and operational initiatives across clinical programs. Acting as a connector between strategy and execution, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable systems, optimize workflows, and ensure measurable outcomes in care delivery. Accountabilities:

• Lead the design and execution of clinical initiatives, including care coordination pilots, workflow optimization, and quality improvement programs.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Oversee project progress to ensure alignment with clinical, operational, and business priorities.
• Build operational frameworks, dashboards, and process documentation to standardize best practices across teams.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders — including Clinical, Data, Product, Operations, and Compliance — to support seamless execution and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with external partners and vendors to align objectives, systems, and outcomes.
• Identify inefficiencies in care delivery processes, propose data-driven solutions, and ensure their successful implementation.
• Establish continuous feedback loops with clinical teams to refine systems and improve performance.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in healthcare operations, management consulting, or program management within payer or provider environments.
• Strong understanding of value-based care, clinical workflows, and healthcare delivery systems.
• Demonstrated ability to move initiatives from concept to execution in fast-paced, dynamic settings.
• Analytical, structured thinker with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of aligning diverse teams toward shared goals.
• Experience creating operational frameworks, dashboards, and process documentation.
• High adaptability and problem-solving mindset in ambiguous or complex operational contexts.
