This role bridges technical expertise with client-facing engagement, ensuring that software solutions are designed, implemented, and optimized to meet customer needs. The Solutions Engineer will work closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to scope requirements, validate integrations, and deliver scalable solutions. You will lead data integration and workflow automation initiatives, manage multiple projects, and provide hands-on technical support throughout the client lifecycle. This position offers the opportunity to influence product processes, develop reusable frameworks, and drive client success in a dynamic, remote-friendly environment. · Collaborate with Sales to assess customer requirements and design technical solutions.
· Lead product demonstrations, discovery sessions, and document technical architectures.
· Serve as technical owner for client onboarding, data integration, and workflow automation projects.
· Ensure accurate setup of data pipelines, warehouse connectivity, and ETL processes.
· Troubleshoot technical issues, maintain documentation, and provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
· Develop and maintain technical playbooks, templates, and reusable frameworks for team enablement.
· Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for data integration and client solutions.
Requirements
· 2+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting.
· Experience with SaaS data integration, APIs, workflow automation tools (e.g., N8N, Zapier, Make), and cloud data warehousing.
· Strong understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and client data systems (CRM, DMS, website, inventory).
· Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a cross-functional team.
· Remote work capability with occasional travel (~25%). Authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
