Solutions Engineer Company Description: VC-backed HR tech SaaS Job Description: Join a high-growth HR tech platform as the first Solutions Engineer, partnering with Account Executives to lead technical discovery, design tailored solutions, and build proofs of concept. This role will directly impact win rates, AE productivity, and the evolution of the Solutions Engineering function from day one. Location: Remote (US East Coast or Central time, or UK) Why this role is remarkable: Inaugural Solutions Engineer role, defining and scaling the function from inception. Work with a well-funded, high-growth HR tech platform with strong product-market fit. Engage with a complex, flexible product used by diverse enterprise customers. What you will do: Partner with AEs to lead technical discovery, scoping, and product walkthroughs for enterprise clients. Design and demo tailored proofs-of-concept addressing real prospect goals in complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles. Act as the technical go-to for Sales, unblocking reps, training on new features, and building scalable enablement tools. The ideal candidate: Enterprise pre-sales expert with a proven track record supporting complex SaaS deals (1,000+ employee customers).
