This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Solutions Engineer in North America.

We are seeking a talented Solutions Engineer to join a fast-growing, customer-focused team. In this role, you will partner with sales and product teams to deliver technical solutions that address complex customer challenges. You will be responsible for showcasing product capabilities, running detailed demonstrations, and translating customer requirements into actionable insights. The position offers exposure to mid-market and enterprise sales cycles, providing an opportunity to influence both technical and business outcomes. You will play a key role in improving client hiring processes, contributing to product evolution, and driving measurable impact for global customers. This is a fully remote role with collaboration across North American time zones.

Accountabilities

·        Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver technical and commercial solutions that align with customer needs.

·        Conduct personalized product demonstrations, facilitate structured product trials, and respond to detailed RFPs.

·        Understand customer pain points and provide actionable insights to address complex challenges in talent acquisition.

·        Translate customer feedback into product requirements to drive enhancements and improvements.

·        Build and maintain demo environments and frameworks to highlight product capabilities effectively.

·        Support sales efforts through discovery, solution design, and technical validation to ensure a successful customer experience.

·        Partner with product and engineering teams to develop scalable processes and refine solutions delivery.

Requirements

·        Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or Solutions Consultant supporting complex SaaS sales cycles.

·        Familiarity with HR, Talent Acquisition, or Recruiting workflows, with high empathy for the challenges faced by teams in these areas.

·        Strong technical and product expertise, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.

·        Experience creating and delivering tailored product demos across diverse solutions.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop bespoke solutions and business cases.

·        Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively in a team-selling environment.

·        Bonus: experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, demo infrastructure, or value engineering/consulting.
