This role offers the opportunity to lead the design and implementation of innovative technology solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. The Solutions Architect will work directly with clients to understand business and technical requirements, translate them into scalable technical architectures, and guide delivery across diverse enterprise environments. This position emphasizes collaboration, problem-solving, and mentorship, allowing you to influence both client success and internal team practices. You will develop technical documentation, validate solutions, and ensure alignment with best practices and quality standards. The role provides exposure to cutting-edge cloud, SaaS, and emerging technologies, offering a dynamic environment for professional growth.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to assess business and technical requirements, proposing comprehensive and scalable solutions.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical vision and guide execution to meet client objectives.
  • Develop detailed technical documentation, including statements of work and implementation guides.
  • Lead validation, delivery, and deployment of solutions, ensuring performance and quality standards are met.
  • Mentor and educate internal and remote teams to ensure adherence to solution designs and best practices.
  • Communicate complex technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of client-facing development experience with a focus on solution architecture and design.
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end languages such as Node.js, Python, or Ruby.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and understanding of SaaS lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering teams during agile development cycles.
  • Strong problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and client-oriented approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
  • Bonus: experience in contact centers, telephony/VoIP, financial services, healthcare technology, serverless or AI implementations, big data, and relevant cloud/solution architecture certifications.
