This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Solution Architect in the United States.

This role provides the opportunity to serve as the functional lead on implementation projects for a leading financial performance management platform. You will design and optimize application solutions, lead discovery and design sessions, and oversee the configuration, testing, and rollout of client-specific implementations. This position involves collaborating closely with stakeholders to understand financial planning, budgeting, and reporting needs, and providing best-practice guidance to ensure clients maximize their use of the platform. You will act as a trusted advisor, mentor team members, and deliver presentations to client audiences, contributing to long-term customer success and operational excellence. The environment is dynamic, client-facing, and focused on continuous improvement and innovation in financial management solutions.

Accountabilities:

·        Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of financial performance management solutions for multiple clients.

·        Assess and optimize existing client builds to ensure efficiency, scalability, and adherence to best practices.

·        Facilitate discovery and design sessions to gather business requirements and align solutions with client needs.

·        Provide guidance on change management, process redesign, and analytics to enhance financial planning, close management, and reporting.

·        Collaborate with the Customer Success team to deepen account knowledge and ensure successful project delivery.

·        Deliver escalation support, troubleshoot complex issues, and recommend systemic solutions.

·        Represent solutions at user conferences and deliver client-facing presentations on industry-leading practices.

Requirements

·        3–5+ years of Accounting or FP&A experience, with hands-on exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, and close management.

·        Proven experience implementing or managing financial management software.

·        Strong project management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

·        Executive presence to interact confidently with senior-level stakeholders.

·        Customer-centric mindset with a strong sense of urgency for client care.

·        Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.

·        Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
