This role offers the opportunity to lead the implementation of enterprise software solutions, translating complex business requirements into functional and technical designs. You will partner with clients and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business performance. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide project teams through design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases, ensuring seamless adoption and measurable impact. This position requires strong consulting skills, deep domain expertise, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced client-facing environment. By combining strategic insight with hands-on execution, you will play a pivotal role in delivering solutions that drive client success.

Accountabilities:

  • Lead project teams, including clients, colleagues, consultants, and vendors, to deliver software solutions on time and within budget.
  • Conduct design sessions and develop specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, forms, and configurations.
  • Provide quality assurance, including test plan creation, unit/system/integration testing, and support of User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Facilitate application go-live, cutover, and knowledge transfer to client teams while ensuring operational readiness.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in ERP, accounting, or relevant industry applications, guiding the team and client stakeholders.
  • Support business development efforts by providing domain expertise during client engagements and proposals.
  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to align solution designs with enterprise architecture and client needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
  • 5–9 years of experience implementing enterprise software in a client-facing consulting or IT role.
  • Proven experience leading project teams and managing multiple independent work items simultaneously.
  • Strong functional and domain expertise, ideally in ERP, EAM, CRM, or financial/accounting systems.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with ability to engage clients and deliver insights effectively.
  • Proficiency in documenting technical and functional requirements and translating complex technical concepts into business language.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills; highly motivated self-starter.
  • Familiarity with SQL, system architecture, data models, and financial/accounting processes preferred.
  • Ability to rapidly adopt new methodologies, processes, and technologies.
