Context The Tech &Data department (~200 employees across the globe) provides products, services, and support to all SCOR Group worldwide. Its 2 key challenges today are to successfully implement its new Target Operating Model (TOM), to be supported by an ambitious pluri-annual internalization plan to deliver innovative products and services to its clients. The Tech &Data organization is an Agile matricial organization relying on 4 pillars: Data and System Engineering, made of teams dedicated to Data Center of Excellence, Software Engineering and Architecture Management &Control (M&C) & Corporate Systems, made of teams supporting Crews and Transversal Functional Domains: Governance, Transformation, Security & Compliance, Financial Control, Sourcing & Vendor Management, Processes, Investments and Corporate Functions Technical, made of teams dedicated to Operational Security, Network, Workplace & Support Crews and Transversal Functional Domains made crews Crews are supported by Chapters (System Engineering, Cloud, Architecture, DevOps, …) and both Technical and M&C teams fully dedicated to the delivery of SCOR products, services and support. The Investments Crew is dedicated to asset management activities with 2 main business lines: SCOR Group Investment Office in charge of the global management and follow up of Scor Portfolios SCOR Investment Partners in charge of developing a profitable third-party asset management activity The team is structured in 5 Squads : Client Activity Management Order Management & Position Keeping Data Management & Reporting Risk Management Internal control & Compliance A global Tech Lead allows transversality in the Crew. As part of 2025, strategic projects are ongoing both on SCOR IP and SCOR GIO side.
