What you will do: Own the development of new user-facing features end-to-end, including improving chat experiences and building tools for AI agents. Participate in user interviews to deeply understand pain points and translate qualitative insights into ready-to-ship features. Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and design teams to build an experience that delivers immense value and joy to users. The ideal candidate: Possesses 2-5 years of engineering experience at tech and product-first companies, with proficiency in TypeScript, Node.js, and React.js. Is comfortable working across the full stack with a front-end leaning, thriving in ambiguity and a fast-paced, startup environment. Demonstrates a strong interest in AI/ML and agentic systems, a user-first mindset, and the ability to work autonomously from day one.
