In this role, you will contribute to the full lifecycle of impactful software projects, working across API development, front-end tools, and integrations. You’ll collaborate within a small, agile environment where autonomy and ownership are central, allowing you to drive solutions end-to-end. The position blends hands-on technical execution with opportunities to influence architecture and long-term technology direction. You will work closely with stakeholders, solve complex challenges, and deliver scalable, high-quality systems. Accountabilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure .NET APIs.
- Build intuitive, responsive user interfaces using Angular.
- Integrate with third-party APIs and external systems to enhance product capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently while maintaining high code quality.
- Take full ownership of assigned projects and deliver solutions with minimal supervision.
- Stay up to date with new technologies, tools, and software relevant to ongoing initiatives.
- Participate in architectural discussions and help define long-term technology strategies.
- Produce clear documentation including technical designs, processes, and user guides.
- Occasionally serve as a technical lead for small projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and understand requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or four years of equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in software development.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as MSSQL (T-SQL) and/or Oracle (PL/SQL).
- Proven experience developing RESTful .NET APIs.
- Hands-on experience with Angular for building front-end applications.
- Solid understanding of HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and DOM manipulation.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal oversight.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, initiative, and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Understanding of secure software development principles and best practices.
- Willingness to learn new languages, tools, and technologies.
- Preferred: Experience with Oracle EBS, Visual Studio, Bitbucket or similar Git tools, MSAL and Azure Entra ID, PowerShell scripting, Razor ERP, or HubSpot.
