Job Title Social Work Grade C- £35,412 - £44,075 Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review Working 36.5 hours per week Location: Sparkbrook Centre, 34 Grantham Road, Sparkbrook, Birmingham, West Midlands, B11 1LU The Transitions supports 17–25-year-olds, who has a diagnosis of Learning Disability, Physical Disability and Autism as they transition to adulthood. We are a unique service working across Birmingham City Council and Birmingham Children’s Trust offering statutory support for young people leaving the educational or care system with care and support needs. We are looking for innovative colleagues, with the ability to think outside the box, who are passionate about young people and put them at the heart of everything they do.
