The Role Design and deliver social value strategies at the key account clients, understanding the client’s needs and drivers​ Support bids, tenders, and project proposals by articulating social value commitments and approaches​ Monitor, measure, and report on social value impact using recognised frameworks and metrics.​ Engage with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, community groups, and local authorities, to identify opportunities and maximise social value outcomes.​ Provide guidance, training, and support to project teams on social value principles and practices.​ Prepare reports, case studies, and presentations to communicate achievements, lessons learned, and recommendations.​ Stay up to date with legislation, policy developments, and best practices relating to social value.​ Represent the organisation at events, forums, and working groups focused on social value. What we will be looking for you to demonstrate… Proven experience in a social value, sustainability, community engagement, or related role.​ Strong understanding of social value frameworks. ​ Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement skills and ability to build effective relationships Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and present findings to varied audiences.​ Project management experience and ability to manage multiple priorities Resilient and adaptable to changing requirements Knowledge of procurement processes and bid writing is desirable.
