Gold Care Homes are seeking a Social Media and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team on a fixed term contract of 6 months to cover leave. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with our target audience effectively. Key Responsibilities - Manage the Gold Care social media channels - Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement - Create engaging content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn. - Monitor social media platforms for trends and opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing. - Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms. - Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance - Support the marketing team with other duties, including events, content writing and coordinating marketing activity at our homes. Experience/Skills - Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Knowledge of public relations and social media management is a plus.
