Gold Care Homes are seeking a Social Media and Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic team on a fixed term contract of 6 months to cover leave. The ideal candidate will be passionate about leveraging social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engage with our target audience effectively. Key Responsibilities: Manage the Gold Care social media channels Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement Create engaging content for various social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn. Monitor social media platforms for trends and opportunities and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and digital marketing. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all platforms. Analyse social media metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance Support the marketing team with other duties, including events, content writing and coordinating marketing activity at our homes. Experience/Skills: Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of public relations and social media management is a plus.
