Attend sessions, activations, training events, and other brand touchpoints to collect content in real time. Manage a content calendar that balances planned and reactive content. Monitor analytics and adjust strategy based on data. Engage with the community online (DMs, comments, tags) and support influencer/partnership activations. Assist with operational needs of events and community initatives. Travel occasionally (e.g. fitness events, competitions) to capture content on location. The Person: 1–3 years of experience in social media, content, digital marketing, or agency background. Strong scriptwriting, storytelling, and copywriting ability. Proficiency in video creation: shooting, editing, and producing both polished and candid content. Passion for fitness, wellbeing, and performance-driven communities.
