The Opportunity We are looking for a Social and Influencer Lead to play a central role in how we deliver social and influencer work at Ponderosa. This is a key position in the team, responsible for guiding day to day delivery, shaping creative and strategic thinking and ensuring all work we produce is impactful, platform appropriate and insight led. You will work closely with the Social and Influencer Director to turn strategy into best in class execution, lead client relationships and help steer the development of content and influencer campaigns across a varied portfolio. You will also mentor senior specialists within the team and help nurture a positive, high performing culture. What You Will Do Lead delivery Oversee day to day execution across multiple clients, ensuring content and influencer activity is strategic, creative and aligned to client objectives. Shape strategy Develop content, campaign and influencer plans that are rooted in insight and grounded in cultural relevance. Collaborate across teams Work closely with Creative, Paid Media and Client Services to ensure integrated, high performing work across all channels. Spot growth opportunities Identify ways to expand scope for existing clients, propose new ideas and strengthen long term relationships. Support new business Partner with the Social and Influencer Director on pitch development, creative thinking and presentation delivery. Lead and mentor others Line manage Senior Social and Influencer Specialists, providing guidance, feedback and direction to support their development. Streamline workflow Oversee process, resource and ways of working to keep projects moving smoothly and efficiently. Champion excellence Lead the creation of case studies and internal share backs to highlight great work and inspire the wider agency.
