Snow Snow Removal / Snow Labourer / Sidewalk Snow Removal / General Labour Earn Up To $35/hr + a Guaranteed Minimum Pay of at least $800 per month. What to Expect You can earn up to $35 per hour, depending on experience and reliability. If you like working outdoors, aren’t afraid of a little cold weather and a lot of hard work, this is the position for you. The reality is that it won’t always be easy; with long hours and undesirable weather conditions, the snow season can be tough. You will be working with a team of experienced and dedicated team members who will support you in a challenging yet rewarding job. Our Snow Removal Team is essential to keeping our clients properties safe. The start date for this position is November 1, 2025 Must be: Physically fit Comfortable driving in the snow Experienced with outdoor and high paced labour Available 24/7, any time of day or night A "G" licensed driver On-call at all times, 24/7 from Nov 15 until Apr 15 To apply, you should have the following: Minimum valid G2 license Reliable transportation to and from the job site Open availability for on-call work. Snow likes to fall at night – hours may be very late or very early The ability and willingness to work long hours during peak days Be able to work independently and as part of a team Motivation, dedication, and ability to work in a safe and efficient manner Physically fit – ability to lift 50lbs or more
