Site IT Manager (Remote - US)

The Site IT Manager will oversee the smooth operation and strategic alignment of IT systems across a fast-paced, global environment. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, ensuring that IT infrastructure—including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services—supports business operations efficiently and securely. The manager will lead a dedicated IT team, collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors, and drive continuous improvements in technology performance and business processes. This position offers the opportunity to influence IT strategy, optimize costs, and contribute directly to operational success in a dynamic, collaborative workplace.

Accountabilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Provide tiered support to resolve complex IT issues escalated from helpdesk teams.
• Monitor and optimize IT system performance to meet or exceed SLAs.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop, manage, and monitor the site’s IT budget, optimizing expenditures and procurement.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve business processes and operational outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and execution of site-specific IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT management with exposure to infrastructure and systems administration.
• Strong experience in planning and managing IT projects.
• Proficient in network technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs) and server/storage environments (Windows/Linux, SAN/NAS).
• Knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
• Experience with enterprise applications and system integrations.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+/Security+, Microsoft MCP/MCSE, or VMware VCP are advantageous.
• Must be able to work on-site in the Dallas office; this is not a remote role.
