PLEASE NOTE THIS POST IS ONLY OPEN TO INTERNAL APPLICANTS Organisation: Leicestershire County Council Work Location: Mountsorrel Depot, Hawcliffe Road, Mountsorrel LE12 7AH Worker Category: Fixed Location Worker Salary: £35,451 - £39,165 Per annum (Pro rata for part time) Working Hours: 37 hrs per week Contract Type: Permanent Closing Date: 23rd November 2025 Interview Date(s): TBC About the Role To drive forward the Sites Development Team in increasing revenue and profit from the use of new framework contractors and existing resources on ground work tasks, promote the service in order to attract new customers whilst maintaining existing customer base. About You To apply for this post, you must: NVQ4 or equivalent in appropriate discipline or substantial experience of working in Building Maintenance or Sites Development background Experienced in construction site supervision with local government experience Experienced in project estimation, costing and charging Working knowledge & understanding of contract practices Knowledge of relevant plant & equipment for provision of building & sites development functions Hold full driving licence You must also have an understanding of, and commitment to, equality, diversity and inclusion.
