This role serves as the essential point of contact for investigative sites throughout the study lifecycle, ensuring optimal start-up activities and fostering strong relationships with sites. You will drive recruitment success and maintain compliance with quality and patient safety standards. By collaborating with key stakeholders, you will facilitate the execution of clinical trials and contribute to shaping the future of clinical development. This position supports the operational integrity of studies while fostering an inclusive environment for all involved.

Accountabilities

  • Accountable for site start-up and activation
  • Deploy strategies to qualify and activate assigned sites
  • Support processes to optimize site selection activities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather input for feasibility studies
  • Conduct study start-up activities at the site level
  • Ensure completion of necessary documentation for site activation
  • Provide oversight of site deliverables and communications
  • Act as the operational point of contact for site-level questions

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or RN in a related field or equivalent experience (minimum 5 years)
  • Demonstrated experience in site management and monitoring
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • Ability to manage travel of up to 75%
