Position Summary The Shift Leader oversees daily operations in the absence of the General and Assistant General Manager, ensuring smooth and efficient shifts. Key Responsibilities * Demonstrate strong menu and product knowledge. * Lead and manage a team of 2-5 crew members during shifts. * Act as a key holder and perform opening and closing tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency * Thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing effective communication with guests and team members. * Participate in training programs and continuously develop skills. * Maintain reliability and adherence to scheduling requirements. Qualifications * Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience, preferably as a shift lead * Ability to work 2 morning (opening) and 2 night (closing) shifts * Proven ability to efficiently multi-task and lead teams in a fast-paced environment * Excellent communication and organizational abilities * Must be 18 years of age or older Early Pay Benefit * We offer an early pay benefit that allows employees to withdraw their pay-day funds early, on any day!
