Shift Controller Application Deadline: 29 December 2025 Department: Customer Experience Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Euston Reporting To: Adebisi Hassan Compensation: £32,050 rising to £33,615 upon successful completion of probation Description Your role is key in delivering great customer service to our passengers. Based at Euston station, you will be responsible for delivering a quality customer service through the provision of assistance and information to fulfil West Midland Trains customer expectations, whilst meeting the Company’s business, safety and operational targets. Key Responsibilities Provide real time information to all West Midland Trains staff at Euston at all times Maintain high standards of station cleanliness Maintain a secure environment Continually provide information through effective communication directly with our customers, utilizing display units and IT equipment (using PA) particularly during times of disruption Carry out train dispatch duties.
