In this senior leadership role, you will guide transformative business strategies for large-scale organizations in the consumer goods and retail sectors. You will partner closely with C-level executives to design and implement innovative retail execution solutions that leverage the power of digital transformation, AI, and data-driven insights. Your expertise will help define long-term business roadmaps, optimize operational efficiency, and shape the strategic use of technology to unlock customer value. Accountabilities
- Lead complex, high-impact business strategy engagements for enterprise clients in the retail and consumer goods industries.
- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital transformation, process optimization, and operational excellence.
- Provide subject-matter expertise in retail execution management, including territory design, cycle planning, store audits, merchandising, and order management.
- Facilitate workshops, conduct research, and develop customer-centric strategies and implementation roadmaps.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, architects, and delivery teams to define program scope, value propositions, and success metrics.
- Guide clients in adopting AI and advanced analytics for use cases such as retail activity optimization, image recognition, and AR/VR applications.
- Promote the adoption of new operating models and governance frameworks to ensure sustainable change and value realization.
- Develop industry thought leadership and best practices to continuously evolve strategic service offerings.
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in business strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise consulting for Fortune 500 companies.
- Proven expertise in retail execution management and consumer goods operations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise technology ecosystems, including CRM and retail execution platforms.
- Experience designing and implementing digital transformation programs and strategic roadmaps.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with and influence C-suite executives through persuasive communication and analytical thinking.
- Experience with sales enablement, program governance, and agile methodologies.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience; MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
