Servicenow Technical Architect

Role: ServiceNow Technical Architect Employment: Contract - Inside IR35 Location: London, UK (Hybrid for 1-2days/week) Skills: Technical Expertise Extensive hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform architecture and modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, CSM). Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and enterprise integrations. Proficiency in automation tools and CI/CD practices. Process Knowledge Solid understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise IT service management. Experience in designing governance frameworks for ITSM/ITOM.
