Job title: ServiceNow Developer Job Type: Permanent Hours of Work: Full time Location: Citywest Business Campus, Dublin We are now looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer, based in Dublin, Ireland to be responsible for Implementing ServiceNow solutions across CSM, ITSM and SPM for Conscia Ireland. Role overview Our new ServiceNow Developer will need strong expertise in designing, configuring, and implementing ServiceNow solutions across CSM, ITSM and SPM. Will be Skilled in translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, enhancing platform functionality, and ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices. Adept at working in agile environments, improving workflows, and delivering high-quality platform enhancements. Responsibilities - what YOU will be doing at Conscia Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions. Configure and customize ServiceNow modules such as CSM, ITSM and SPM, CMDB, Knowledge, and IT Asset Management. Develop and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, and scheduled jobs. Build and maintain integrations using REST, MID Server, IntegrationHub, and API frameworks. Create and optimize Service Catalog items, record producers, SLAs, and form layouts. Ensure platform governance, code quality, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices and ITIL processes. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and provide effort estimates. Troubleshoot platform issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and implement performance improvements. Assist with upgrades, patching, cloning, and general platform administration. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The candidate - what YOU can bring to Conscia Desired skills, competencies and behaviours Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting. Strong understanding of CSM, ITSM, SPM. Experience creating integrations using REST or IntegrationHub spokes. Ability to build responsive UI using Service Portal or UI Builder. Knowledge of CMDB structure, discovery patterns, and data integrity practices. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; additional certifications (CAD, CIS) are a plus. Professional Strengths Strong attention to detail with a focus on clean, maintainable code. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
