Job Details Are you an experienced leader in social care, passionate about delivering high-quality services and ready to shape services that truly make a difference in people’s lives? We’re looking for a visionary Service Manager (Care at Home) to lead the delivery of high-quality Care at Home Services across Fife. Providing professional leadership and working closely with key stakeholders, you will contribute to the delivery of the Health & Social Care Partnership’s strategic aims and drive service improvement and innovation. You will ensure high standards of care and compliance with regulatory requirements, collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery. The Person We are looking for a dynamic leader with strong experience in managing services and leading change, who is committed to integrated Health and Social Care in Fife. You will have: Managerial experience within a social work or social care setting. Experience of service/resource management and managing professional teams. Educated to SCQF level 9 (degree or equivalent relevant professional qualification). Ability to manage complex staffing situations and support staff development. Experience of collaborative working, strategic planning, and facilitating organisational change. Strong IT, analytical, report writing, and presentation skills. Understanding and experience of Health & Safety. Financial management skills. Comprehensive knowledge and awareness of relevant regulation, legislation and statutory requirements.
