The Service Centre Manager Role As a Service Centre Manager, you will lead on the growth and retention of customers at your branch by ensuring exceptional customer service and effective service delivery. Key responsibilities include: Ensuring business growth by collaborating with other business functions Working with our sales management team to target new business and retain our current customer base Enhancing service delivery Reducing costs whilst improving service efficiency Managing and motivating a large service delivery team Working closely with other managers to set annual budgets and monitor the performance of the team Implementing plans and processes in response to unforeseen issues Analysing the data and trends of your branch and using this information to implement improvements Service Centre Manager Requirements: Full UK driving licence held for more than two years, with no more than six penalty points. Proven experience in leading and managing teams Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet required KPI’s Excellent time management skills Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box Capable of working in a fast paced environment with the ability to adapt quickly to changes in the workplace Flexibility with working patterns to support business needs.
