This role offers the opportunity to shape user experiences and interfaces for enterprise-level cloud software and migration services. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define design requirements, create wireframes and prototypes, and ensure user-centered solutions that drive efficiency and engagement. The position emphasizes modern design practices, usability testing, and continuous integration in a hybrid work environment. You will influence design strategy, maintain style guides, and work with developers to bring concepts to life while staying ahead of industry trends. Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define UI/UX requirements.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and design specifications aligned with user needs and business goals.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and other user-centered design activities.
  • Maintain design guidelines, templates, and style guides for consistency across products.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
  • Stay current with industry trends and technologies, applying insights to enhance the design process.
  • Support continuous integration and delivery practices by iterating on design solutions efficiently.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or enterprise application design.
  • Active Secret clearance required.
  • Expertise with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar.
  • Proven experience in user research, usability testing, and design thinking methodologies.
  • Strong visual design skills emphasizing clean, modern, and intuitive interfaces.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
  • Relevant industry certifications are desirable.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed.
