Senior Technical Product Manager

About Role As a Senior Technical PM for our Core Platform, you will be the strategic driver behind its evolution. You’ll work across engineering, design, GTM teams, and customers to define how our platform becomes more scalable, intuitive, and powerful. The Inriver Product team is responsible for shaping and delivering a market-leading PIM platform. Working as empowered product teams with Engineering and Design, we focus on solving real customer problems and achieving meaningful business outcomes. What You Will Do: • Shape the platform roadmap by connecting long-term strategy with immediate customer and technical needs. • Define and deliver platform capabilities—from APIs and integrations to performance improvements. • Break down complexity and translate deep technical concepts into clear, actionable work. • Solve cross-cutting problems to ensure scalability, consistency, and reliability across product areas. • Collaborate widely with engineering leaders, architects, and PMs to design future-ready solutions. • Champion high standards with clarity, analytical rigor, and strong product instincts. What You’ll Bring • 5+ years of product experience, ideally with platform or core technology products. • Experience driving cross-team initiatives. • Ability to craft problem statements and make balanced decisions with imperfect information. • Strong analytical and prioritization skills rooted in data and insight. • A proactive, resilient approach to challenges.
