The Value Management Team, under Consumer Base Management, is a unique team within the TELUS Consumer Solutions organization. The mandate of the team is to unlock and drive value accretion for the TCS customer base through strategic ARPU/AMPU optimization, innovative product/revenue management, and cross-functional program management. Our team sits alongside our Pricing, Base, and GTM Teams but is not responsible for day-to-day operations, instead focuses on tackling some of our most impactful strategic questions and business opportunities. Our team is not only responsible for strategy setting but also the implementation and transition of larger cross-functional programs.

As a Senior Strategy Manager of Consumer Value Management (Next Best Offer), you will be working in a fast paced, data centric and strategic environment while playing a major role in shaping the future of our business. As the Marketing program lead of the Next Best Offer program, you will be facilitating critical conversations with the AI Team, NBO Team, CIO, Enablement, GTM and Channel primes to determine the roadmap for our systems, offer presentment, and customer interface improvements. You will be partnering with cross-functional teams to manage execution and measure success of the NBO program across channels. It is a high visibility role and you will be interacting with senior levels of the organization to define strategy and gain alignment.
