SENIOR STAFF ACCOUNTANT

We are Juntos!  What you will be doing:  * Month end closing accurately and efficiently with accurate reporting of transactions and preparation of Financial Statements * Ensure appropriate accounting and management of master financial data  * Ensure accurate and timely statutory reporting, under GAAP and MegaMex Internal policies  * Support with tax compliance, manage tax, internal and external audit requirements * Inspect account books for efficiency and accuracy.  * Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts  * Support up to two Junior Accountants * Other projects as assigned.  What you will bring to the team:   * Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Accounting, Finance, or related field.   * Knowledge of US GAAP   * 5+ years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.   * Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint   * Strong leadership capabilities * Excellent organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.   * Proactive attitude and be a team player   What we offer:  * Hybrid work environment & flexible work schedule * Top-tier Medical, Dental, Vision, and Voluntary benefit plans * Company-Matched 401K Retirement plan * Bonus & Referral programs * Time-Off benefits for Holidays, Vacation & Sick * Career Development, Training, and Opportunities * High Engagement & Team-Building Events Our Orange Office is just minutes away from Disneyland and Angel Stadium, and a short drive from the beach and the mountains.
