You are a Senior Specialist, Social Impact Consulting.
Location: Canada-wide; Remote
Under the direction of the Director, Social Impact Consulting, you will be responsible for conducting research activities, preparing project deliverables for our Indigenous clients, drafting policies and procedures, terms of reference, briefs, presentations, reports and provide overall project support to the Social Impact Consulting Practice Area. You have excellent written and oral communications skills and are passionate about partnering with Indigenous communities and organizations to support their vision for the future.

We foster relationships with and between Indigenous and non-Indigenous governments, organizations, communities and businesses. Through our deep expertise in negotiation, economic development, engagement, advocacy, program design and social impact, we help clients create and navigate transformational change in their communities. Our strengths make us a sought after and trusted partner with all parties working to support major natural resource and Infrastructure projects.
The Senior Specialist, Social Impact Consulting is a point of contact with specific clients and will coordinate or manage project resources across the practice area and the company.

The Canada base salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000. Our salary ranges are determined by job and level. Within the range, individual compensation is determined by job-related skills and knowledge, relevant experience including professional and lived experience, and/or work location.
