We are seeking a Senior Solution Engineer to drive technical strategy and pre-sales engagement for enterprise customers in a fast-growing, dynamic environment. In this role, you will partner closely with sales teams to uncover customer challenges, design impactful solutions, and demonstrate the value of technology investments. You will act as a trusted technical advisor, presenting proof-of-concepts, conducting discovery sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to customer success. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge, consultative skills, and a passion for helping customers achieve measurable outcomes. Opportunities include influencing product strategy, contributing to process improvements, and collaborating across teams to deliver business impact at scale.

Accountabilities:

·         Collaborate with field sales, solution engineers, and architects to drive enterprise revenue opportunities.

·         Conduct technical discovery sessions to understand customer challenges and define interoperable solutions.

·         Design, deliver, and present customer demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept activities.

·         Contribute to RFI/RFP responses and security questionnaires to support sales engagements.

·         Provide field insights to product management and engineering teams to inform product and solution improvements.

·         Champion best practices for proof-of-concept processes, handoffs to customer success, and alignment to customer outcomes.

·         Travel up to 25% to engage with clients and support key initiatives.

Requirements

·         Experience in pre-sales, customer success, or consulting roles within software vendors, partners, or large IT organizations.

·         Domain expertise in one or more of the following: IT Asset Management, software license optimization, application lifecycle management, FinOps, cloud cost management, cloud optimization, or IT operations analytics.

·         Strong consultative skills with the ability to translate technical solutions into business value.

·         Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.

·         Ability to collaborate across teams in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

·         Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
