You’ll be at the forefront of: Transforming the platform into a mobile-native experience (iOS & Android) Integrating AI-powered features (e.g., tutoring/study mode using ChatGPT) Elevating UX, performance, and scalability to meet the needs of millions of learners 🔧 Scope of Work React/JavaScript development: usability + performance improvements AI-powered feature prototyping (study/tutoring modes) Repo & CI/CD management (migrations, PRs, disciplined code review) Cross-team coordination: turning technical updates into clear, concise debriefs Roadmap alignment: DevOps board management, sandbox vs production deployments Optimisation for low-connectivity environments 📅 First 90 Days Deliverables 30 days: Local environment setup + first tangible UX improvements 60 days: Multiple UX fixes + mobile-native development underway 90 days: Stable UX baseline (auth, navigation, performance) + 2–3 AI features shipped, including AI Study Mode ✅ What You’ll Bring 5–7+ years of hands-on coding experience Deep expertise in React + JavaScript Proven experience shipping AI-powered features into production Background in fast-paced, high-standard tech cultures (Google, GitHub, Stripe, Cloudflare, Meta, etc.) Clear, proactive communication skills and the ability to thrive in lean, agile teams 🌟 Why This Role?
