About the role

The Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer is responsible for our end-to-end CI/CD pipeline, ensuring smooth, reliable, and automated delivery across multiple Salesforce orgs. You’ll streamline deployments, version control, and testing, driving continuous improvement and platform stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Salesforce DevOps Center, GitHub, and automation tools.
• Define branching, deployment, and release strategies across environments.
• Automate quality checks, static code analysis, and regression testing.
• Manage sandbox refreshes, metadata synchronization, and org backups.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to optimize release frequency and reliability.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce platform engineering experience.
• Strong command of Git, DevOps Center, SFDX, and deployment automation tools.
• Understanding of environment management, testing frameworks, and package-based deployments.
• Experience with Apex test automation, PMD, and security scanners.

Preferred Skills / Nice-to-Haves

• Exposure to Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions pipelines.
• Familiarity with Data Cloud, Copado, or Flosum.
• Experience supporting multi-org enterprise Salesforce landscapes.

Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency in French, Spanish or German is nice-to-have to support our diverse client base across North America and globally.
