We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our Catering Division. This role is pivotal in driving sales and managing customer relationships across the marine industry. You’ll lead the full sales cycle for catering solutions, working closely with shipowners, shipyards, and internal teams to deliver high-impact results. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for marine catering systems. Identify and cultivate relationships with new and existing clients. Manage end-to-end sales processes: prospecting, lead generation, quotations, contract negotiation, and deal closure. Collaborate with engineering, estimation, and project management teams to ensure seamless project execution. Track sales activities and market trends using CRM tools. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities What We’re Looking For Proven experience in project-based sales, preferably within the marine industry. Strong understanding of long sales cycles and technical solution selling. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and manage complex customer accounts. Willingness to travel and engage with clients globally.
