We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Project Manager to lead key initiatives across multiple departments. In this role, you will manage complex projects involving IT systems, process documentation, and financial system implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee project timelines and budgets, and drive change management, training, and adoption of new systems. This role offers the opportunity to have a meaningful impact on organizational operations while fostering collaboration, innovation, and process improvement. Accountabilities

  • Lead the assessment and alignment of IT systems across departments, recommending best-fit solutions and developing system roadmaps.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and policies, translating complex processes into clear, actionable documents.
  • Manage financial system updates and implementations, overseeing timelines, budgets, vendors, and adoption strategies.
  • Coordinate training, communications, and change management to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Track project progress, monitor deliverables, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Use project management tools to maintain project plans, documentation, and status updates.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of project management or program coordination experience, preferably in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Teams).
  • Strong research, evaluation, and analytical skills for IT systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Power Automate.
  • Experience applying Agile methodology for system implementations.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; capable of writing SOPs, policies, and professional presentations.
  • Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to follow up on multiple initiatives.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, build trust, and manage input from multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting organizational change management and training initiatives is a plus.
