Key Information and Conditions Job Title: Senior Project Manager – Data Analytics Employment Type: 12-month contract Location: Montreal or Toronto On-site Requirements: Minimum 2 days per week in either office Schedule: 37.5 hours per week Language: English fluency required; bilingualism (English/French) preferred for candidates based in Montreal Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end management of projects focused on contract lifecycle optimization, from initiation through to delivery and post-implementation support Ensure complete alignment of contract workflows with evolving market conditions and internal business rules. Lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment, ensuring accountability and timely execution Engage in detailed planning and execution phases, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation Actively manage stakeholder expectations through transparent communication, governance reporting, and issue resolution Apply a hands-on leadership style, directly contributing to project deliverables where necessary Guide the adoption and integration of intelligent automation tools, particularly those tied to AI and analytics platforms Required Expertise Approximately 7 years of experience in project management, ideally within complex enterprise environments Demonstrated success in managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects delivered on time and within budget Practical experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms, including business process optimization Familiarity with Conga AI solutions (formerly Apttus) is a significant asset Strong conceptual understanding of data analytics and artificial intelligence frameworks Adept at navigating organizational complexity and challenging existing operational norms to drive results Proficiency in stakeholder engagement across business and technology functions Effective communicator with the ability to distill complex topics into actionable items Autonomous and proactive approach, with proven ability to take initiative in ambiguous settings
