Senior Product Manager, Technology (Remote - US)

As a Senior Product Manager, Technology, you will lead the strategy and execution of technology-enabled revenue cycle solutions, driving the development and enhancement of workflow products that deliver measurable value to clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, build product roadmaps, and oversee delivery within an agile framework. Accountabilities:

• Define and manage product roadmaps, feature definitions, and business models for technology solutions in the revenue cycle.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle operations and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Lead the development and delivery of prioritized features using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
• Support preparation of business cases, marketing collateral, and product demonstrations.
• Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
• Monitor product performance and continuously refine product features to maximize value.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, product ownership, or a similar role.
• At least 3 years of domain knowledge in healthcare revenue cycle or related healthcare technology solutions.
• Proven experience in an Agile environment, leading cross-functional teams and driving product strategy.
• Strong technical acumen to support end-to-end solution development and delivery.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders, balance business and technical needs, and foster collaboration across teams.

Preferred:

• Experience in developing product roadmaps, business cases, and value-driven outcomes.
• Ability to work independently while leading initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Comfort in presenting technical solutions to both business and technical audiences.
