As a Senior Product Manager, Technology, you will lead the strategy and execution of technology-enabled revenue cycle solutions, driving the development and enhancement of workflow products that deliver measurable value to clients. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define business requirements, build product roadmaps, and oversee delivery within an agile framework. This role offers the opportunity to influence strategic decisions, guide product innovation, and ensure operational excellence across complex healthcare systems. You will work in a dynamic environment where creativity, collaboration, and a focus on customer outcomes are highly valued, making a tangible impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue cycle management solutions.

Accountabilities:

  • Define and manage product roadmaps, feature definitions, and business models for technology solutions in the revenue cycle.
  • Collaborate with revenue cycle operations and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Lead the development and delivery of prioritized features using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
  • Support preparation of business cases, marketing collateral, and product demonstrations.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor product performance and continuously refine product features to maximize value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, product ownership, or a similar role.
  • At least 3 years of domain knowledge in healthcare revenue cycle or related healthcare technology solutions.
  • Proven experience in an Agile environment, leading cross-functional teams and driving product strategy.
  • Strong technical acumen to support end-to-end solution development and delivery.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, balance business and technical needs, and foster collaboration across teams.

Preferred:

  • Experience in developing product roadmaps, business cases, and value-driven outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently while leading initiatives in a matrixed organization.
  • Comfort in presenting technical solutions to both business and technical audiences.
