Senior Product Manager, Operations
UpwayAt Upway, we buy e-bikes from individuals and businesses, refurbish them in our network of state-of-the-art UpCenters, and resell them online at a fraction of the price of new. Each bike is restored to like-new condition by expert mechanics, backed by warranty, and delivered straight to the customer.
Our custom internal tools are at the heart of this process. They power every stage of our operations – logistics, repairs, quality control, customer care – across 6 UpCenters in Europe and the US. And we’re just getting started!
As we scale fast and plan to open new UpCenters soon, we’re looking for a Product Manager who will lead the charge in evolving these tools to be smarter, faster, and more intuitive, so our frontline teams can do their best work, every day.
📌 What you’ll do
Own the product vision and roadmap for our internal operations platform. You’ll define the long-term strategy that helps Upway scale its operations efficiently while maintaining top-tier quality.
Go deep into the field to lead discovery. You’ll spend time in our UpCenters, observing, listening, and collaborating with our operators, mechanics, and logistics staff. Your empathy for these frontline users will drive everything you build.
Deliver tools people love to use. With Engineering and Design, you’ll ship robust, user-centric tools that make our operations run smoothly and confidently at scale.
Measure and iterate. You’ll define success metrics, track adoption, gather user feedback, and continuously improve our internal platform.
