To support this growth, we are hiring a Senior Product Manager to join a dynamic team and continue building a world-class, creative organization by finding the best talent for our incredible culture. 🚀 Your Mission: We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Product Manager to drive a strategic squad working on Instant Booking starting as soon as possible. * Vision and Roadmap: You will be responsible for defining and managing the 3 to 6 months product roadmap to meet user needs and support Click&Boat’s growth. * Strategic Planning: You will focus on strategic planning rather than delivery, which is managed by the squad and its Engineering Manager : your job is to prioritize initiatives to reach OKRs and drive meaningful business impact. * Data-Driven Decision Making: You will analyze quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions and ensure alignment with business goals. * Collaboration: You will work closely with tech, design and operations teams, with regular exposure to top management to ensure alignment of priorities. * Agility: You promote a "fail fast, learn fast" culture, encouraging rapid iterations and continuous improvement * Leadership: Advocate for a "user first" approach and embody our values: leadership, strategic thinking, learn & grow. ⛵ The Product Team at Click&Boat: The product team at Click&Boat is currently composed of 4 Product Managers, 1 Designer, 1 AI Specialist and our VP Product, Camille. The team is organized into 4 squads, each dedicated to a specific functional scope. They focus on delivering first-class service to our users (boat owners, customers renting boats, and Click&Boat internal teams). 👤 Your Profile: * You have at least 6 years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role. * You are highly data-oriented, basing decisions on solid quantitative and qualitative analysis. * You are highly product-oriented, with a strong focus on user experience and delivering business impact. * You excel at balancing strategic thinking with pragmatic execution. * You are structured and manage your time and priorities effectively. * You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and can justify your decisions with clarity and confidence. * You embrace feedback and view it as an opportunity to grow. * You are native French and have a professional level of English (documentation, communication with international teams). * Experience in a tech company or marketplace is a plus. 🤩 What We Offer: * A dynamic work environment with a multicultural and passionate team. * Full remote flexibility (3 days per month required in Boulogne-Billancourt). * The opportunity to contribute to product strategy with direct exposure to top management. * Personal and professional development opportunities in a fast-growing company.
