We are looking for a strategic and execution focused Senior Product Manager, Integration Marketplace to help lead our Connected Banking strategy through the development of a robust, partner-driven marketplace. In this role, you will own the vision, road-map and delivery of a scalable platform that connects customers with third-party fintech solutions, embedded services, and banking innovations. You will work across internal teams and external partners to deliver seamless direct customer experiences (API & H2H) that expand our value proposition, drive engagement, and position us as the broader transactional banking ecosystem. In this role you will: Act as a thought leader to the Chief Product Officer, helping shape strategy, GPS, GTS and MSS Exco reporting and long-term marketplace vision Define and deliver the product roadmap for the Integrated Marketplace, ensuring seamless partner onboarding and customer adoption Shape the API framework, standards, and tooling that enable third parties to integrate into the marketplace securely and efficiently Work with Integration, frontline teams, risk and IT to evaluate, prioritise, and integrate new partners and service to the integration marketplace Ensure APIs, documentation, and sandbox environments deliver a first-class experience for external developers and integration teams to onboard clients Drive adoption of marketplace services through data driven prioritisation, customer feedback, and partner collaboration Collaborate with IT, risk to deliver integrations that meet regulatory, technical and commercial standards To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: Proven experience as a Product Manager with API’s, platforms, or B2B/B2B2C ecosystems, building or managing a marketplace, app store, or partner ecosystem Experience of an Agile/Scaled agile delivery environment and understanding the roles of the agile delivery team Excellent communication ability, written and verbal, to explain complex ideas simply in client centric language, including data requirements Demonstratable success in a product and/or channel management capacity, with excellent knowledge of product management lifecycle and experience developing and commercializing new digital capabilities or client experience improvements Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills. Strong independent contributor, who is comfortable working in a self-directed mode, on multiple assignments, where the teams will often be distributed across the globe and culturally diverse.
