The Consumer Programs Team within Consumer Marketing serves as the bridge between pricing strategy and channel execution across all mobility channels. We translate complex pricing strategies into simple, actionable programs that make it easy for channels to sell. You'll reduce offer complexity and empower our retail, online, telesales, and dealer partners to focus on hero offers that drive results.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary liaison between pricing and channel teams, developing deep understanding of pricing strategies to effectively translate them into simple, executable programs
- Analyze and assess offer portfolios to determine which pricing moves are critical "must-share" hero offers versus "nice-to-know" information for channels
- Distill complex pricing strategies into clear, prioritized messaging that highlights what matters most for channel success
- Drive offer simplification initiatives to reduce complexity and improve channel selling effectiveness
- Collaborate with pricing, sales, marketing, and channel partners to align on GTM strategies and execution priorities
- Build and maintain activity calendars while analyzing channel feedback and performance data to identify complexity issues
