This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Engineering Manager - REMOTE. In this impactful role, you will lead the engineering execution from concept through launch, ensuring that all engineering efforts align with business goals. You will be integral in developing a high-performing team, enhancing collaboration, and driving continuous improvement within the product development lifecycle. As a hands-on leader, you will tackle significant technical challenges while providing mentorship and oversight to your engineering team.

Accountabilities

  • Lead and develop a team of engineers through coaching, feedback, and clear expectations.
  • Embed mentorship and skill development into day-to-day delivery work.
  • Own engineering delivery outcomes for the product, ensuring work is completed on time and within scope.
  • Translate product and business requirements into clear technical plans and execution milestones.
  • Provide technical oversight to ensure sound design and maintainable systems.

    • Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering roles, with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
  • Senior-level Ruby experience; familiarity with Node, Kotlin, and Swift is a plus.
  • Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop engineers.
  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
