Senior Product Designer (Remote - US)

As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a key role in crafting intuitive, user-centered experiences for a cutting-edge AI-driven contracting platform used by leading global organizations. You’ll collaborate with product managers, engineers, and fellow designers to create elegant, scalable solutions that empower legal and business teams to work smarter and faster. Accountabilities

• Take full ownership of the design process for assigned product areas, from problem definition through launch.
• Create user-focused solutions that balance usability, scalability, and technical feasibility.
• Translate concepts into clear design specifications and partner closely with engineers to ensure seamless implementation.
• Conduct user research, testing, and analysis to validate design decisions and enhance product performance.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design system to ensure consistency and quality across all user touchpoints.
• Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to peers while helping to cultivate a strong, collaborative design culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products, preferably in B2B or enterprise environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user experience, interface design, and problem-solving across complex systems.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or equivalent design tools with a deep understanding of component-based design systems.
• Proven collaboration skills and ability to communicate design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Ability to balance creativity with technical constraints and business goals.
