This role provides the opportunity to shape innovative, user-centered products in a fast-paced, global environment. As a Senior Product Designer, you will lead design efforts across mobile and responsive applications, translating complex data and workflows into intuitive, elegant experiences. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and international stakeholders, driving design decisions informed by user research and co-development sessions. This position allows for remote work across the U.S., with a focus on Eastern and Central time zones, and offers meaningful interaction with customers to inform product strategy. You will contribute to a supportive, flexible environment that values creativity, professional growth, and high-quality execution. Your designs will directly impact product adoption, customer satisfaction, and the success of new initiatives.

Accountabilities:

  • Conduct and analyze user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather deep insights on user behavior and needs.
  • Collaborate with product managers to conduct discovery research and co-develop solutions, shaping the product roadmap.
  • Translate research and business requirements into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and concept designs that simplify complex workflows.
  • Ensure designs are mobile-first and responsive, optimized for expert users and data-heavy applications.
  • Partner with developers to guide the implementation of designs, maintaining high standards in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Work effectively with global teams and stakeholders to align on design vision and execution.
  • Travel as needed to meet customers and stakeholders for co-development and user research sessions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in end-to-end product design, with strong expertise in user research and interaction design for mobile and responsive applications.
  • Experience with B2B, data-heavy mobile software, and complex use cases; retail, grocery, store operations, or field solutions experience is a plus.
  • Proven ability to challenge assumptions and influence product direction based on user insights.
  • Experience collaborating directly with developers in iterative, fast-paced environments.
  • Strong communication skills, able to present and articulate design decisions to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working in international, cross-functional teams across the U.S. and Europe.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to contribute positively to team culture and problem-solving.
  • Willingness to travel for customer engagement and stakeholder meetings.
